Since 1996 I have been consulting and training in the areas of sales, management, customer satisfaction, technical support, applications engineering, call centers, and help desks. My expertise has been in sales, service, operations, and the executive staff. I have sold capital equipment, consumables, and intangibles. My experience is with manufactures and distributors. The work has been with companies all over the Western Hemisphere and Europe.
Our largest client is Emerson Inc. of St. Louis, MO. A $23 Billion company with 64 diverse divisions covering eight vertical markets. In October 2006, we were chosen as the Sales Training organization world wide.
In 2008 we released the book "So, What's Your Price; Dedicated to those who are sick of competing on price" along with a Success Package for helping small to medium size companies get the type of sales help, training, and expertise that our larger clients have been receiving for over 12 years.
